A leading supplier of premium desserts to the hospitality trade is seeking a Business Development Manager to cover Oxford, Cambridge, the Home Counties and North London.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who knows what great food looks like — and more importantly, how it should be served — and wants to use that knowledge to build relationships and grow business with independent hotels, restaurants and fine dining establishments.
What the role involves:
- Representing a high-quality range of desserts to chefs, GMs, and owners across your region
- Managing and growing existing accounts
- Proactively developing new business opportunities with the right customers
- Working closely with hospitality professionals to understand their menus and recommend products that elevate their dessert offering
- Acting as a true ambassador for a business known for quality, innovation and service
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a background as a chef or in hospitality and is ready to explore a commercial path
- Is passionate about food, especially desserts
- Is confident in meeting people, presenting products, and building relationships
- Understands the pace and expectations of kitchens and can speak the same language as chefs
- Is motivated, reliable and capable of working independently on the road
What’s on offer:
- Basic salary of up to £35,000
- £4,000 annual bonus
