Due to increasing workload, we are seeking a Reinstatement Manager.

Main Purpose of Job

To manage, monitor, and resource contracts to maximize output and profit while minimizing costs, all in compliance with company policies, procedures, and legislation. Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to Health, Safety, and Environment regulations. Demonstrate understanding of all aspects of S.P.E.C activities in line with agreed standards, including Safety, Productivity, Exceptional Quality, and Customer Service.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Developing good working relationships and liaising with clients, project team members, and all interested parties.
  • Handling variations and valuations (submission and settlement).
  • Managing health, safety, quality, and environmental issues in line with S.P.E.C.
  • Managing human resources issues.
  • Managing teams of operatives.
  • Recommending staff training and development.
  • Handling customer care issues.
  • Maintaining high-quality work standards.
  • Controlling overtime, petty cash, and wages payments.
  • Carrying out pre-, current, and post-contract management.
  • Monitoring overall project/contract performance.
  • Ensuring full compliance with legislation and specifications.
  • Contributing to effective management of operatives and contractors.
  • Proactively ensuring all KPI targets are achieved and maintained.
  • Assisting in preparing information for internal reporting.
  • Ensuring correct allocation of plant.
  • Undertaking plant audits.
  • Ensuring operatives adhere to the Working Time Directive.
  • Managing driver hours to ensure they are not exceeded.
  • Ensuring all submissions (job cards, Ontrack, etc.) are of high standard.
