What youll be doing day-to-day:

• Managing daily operations with multiple drivers
• Building great relationships with drivers & clients
• Overseeing on-road performance and fleet management
• Rota planning & performance management
• Handling wage queries and maintaining legal compliance
• Interviewing & onboarding new drivers
• Managing compliance records
• Using Excel, email & Dropbox for reporting
• Leading team meetings & driving motivation
