Our client is one of the leading Equity Release businesses in the country and they are currently looking for an experienced ER broker to join the team.
This is a home/field based role covering the London region; however, we are also looking in a number of locations around the country. For the London role, realistically anyone within the M25 would suit.
Appointments booked for you with the majority being on the phone and video, and some face to face.
Employed circa £30,000 base plus car allowance £5,500 plus commissions plus retainers; all leads and appointments made for you.
Pay rise on sign off of CAS.
Continuous pay reviews.
London Allowance.
The market is picking up and this company is busy and therefore need someone to start immediately.
You must be an experienced Broker with ER1 or Cerer or a successful mortgage broker who has gained the qualifications.
