Gas Domestic & Commercial Engineer

Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer \\n\\nLocation: Havant, Hampshire (Call for more detail)\\n\\nSalary: £40,000 – £44,000 + Van + schedule of rates + Call out + Fantastic Benefits!\\n\\nContract Type: Domestic Social Housing\\n\\nHours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5.30pm\\n\\nThe Role:\\n\\nService, maintenance and breakdown of commercial gas and solid fuel heating systems, working to health & safety guidelines, safe working practices, operational procedures, gas safety regulations and specifications\\n\\t\\nComplete Install work occasionally\\n\\t\\nUndertake PPM activity\\n\\t\\nParticipate in out-of-hours work, including overtime and call-outs\\n\\t\\nProvide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and safety\\n\\t\\nReport works using your PDA\\n\\t\\nReport accidents, near-miss events, and potential hazards\\n\\t\\nHandle any additional maintenance tasks within your remit\\n\\t\\nBe flexible in working with a wide range of customers, adapting to their needs and schedules\\n\\nGas Engineer requirements:\\n\\nACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT\\n\\t\\nCOCN1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, CDGA1, CIGA1\\n\\t\\nA full UK driving license\\n\\t\\nFlexibility and a positive attitude towards varied work and schedules\\n\\t\\nExcellent customer service skills with experience working with the public\\n\\t\\nA solid understanding of gas legislation and regulations\\n\\t\\nStrong knowledge of Health & Safety practices and working to best standards\\n\\t\\nAbility to manage your time and workload independently\\n\\t\\nRecognised formal qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) (desirable)\\n\\t\\nAdditional qualifications (LPG, Unvented) (desirable)\\n\\nThe Company & Benefits:\\n\\nA diverse, supportive team with a focus on personal development, wellbeing, and making a real difference in the communities they serve.
