Trainee Protection Advisor

Dynamite Recruitment are assisting in the recruit of a Trainee Protection Advisor to join a very successful Mortgage and Protection Advice firm! This is a fantastic entry point into the financial services industry, offering full training and the opportunity to build a rewarding career in protection advice.\\n \\nThis is a great opportunity if you are money motivated and wanting to build a longstanding and respected career \\n\\n You’ll be speaking to clients over the phone, understanding their needs, and providing guidance on a range of protection products including life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection. \\n\\nIf you have a passion for helping people & earning money with at least 6 months’ experience in sales, we want to hear from you!\\n\\n Key Responsibilities:\\n \\nConduct outbound and inbound calls with potential clients. \\nEngage customers in conversations to identify their protection needs.

\\nOffer suitable protection products based on individual requirements. \\nGuide customers through the application process with clarity and care. \\nConsistently meet or exceed sales and service targets.

\\nMaintain accurate records using CRM and internal systems. \\nParticipate in training and development sessions to build knowledge and skills. Required Experience: \\nMinimum 6 months sales experience in any industry (mandatory).

\\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written \\nPassion for success Desirable Experience: \\n12+ months of sales experience. \\nPrevious experience in a telephony-based role. \\nBackground in financial services or insurance.
