Nonstop Care is currently working with a 3 bed Ofsted registered children's home based in the Brent, Essex area who are looking for a Support Worker to join their team.

Responsibilities:
The aim of the team is to provide multi-agency, evidence-based interventions that integrate seamlessly for children, young people, and their families. Support is provided through both one to one and group work.
