You will lead and manage homelessness and mental health support services, including a mental health helpline, crisis house, and out-of-hours homelessness provision. Key Responsibilities: Ensure trauma-informed, customer-centered service delivery. Address and learn from complaints promptly. Foster equality, diversity, and individual rights. Maintain strategic relationships with partners and funders. Manage housing services, including property maintenance and tenant support. Lead, develop, and support a diverse staff team. Ensure compliance with operational policies and quality standards. Requirements: 3+ years of experience managing services and teams in a housing or support setting. Strong partnership and networking skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and administrative skills. Commitment to equality, diversity, and trauma-informed care.
