Role Overview:
Join our client's dynamic team to enhance the lives of those using our services. You will lead and manage homelessness and mental health support services, including a mental health helpline, crisis house, and out-of-hours homelessness provision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure trauma-informed, customer-centered service delivery.
- Address and learn from complaints promptly.
- Foster equality, diversity, and individual rights.
- Maintain strategic relationships with partners and funders.
- Manage housing services, including property maintenance and tenant support.
