We’re looking for a skilled Event Technician Manager to join our Creative & Production team and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, on-brand events.
This is not your typical event build manager role. From leading test builds in our warehouse to managing on-site teams, you’ll oversee every detail of the event build process—ensuring flawless execution, efficiency, and safety at every stage.
What you’ll do:
- Bring Creative to Life: Collaborate with the creative team to transform designs and drawings into high-quality event builds.
- Lead On-Site Execution: Oversee on-site assembly, taking full responsibility for set-up and break-down.
- Motivate the Team: Lead and inspire on-site crews to deliver exceptional results under pressure.
- Ensure Health & Safety: Maintain the highest safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations at all times.
- Quality Control: Preparing, packing, and managing technical equipment for transportation, ensuring safe and efficient delivery to local or national venues.
- Problem-Solve in Real Time: Tackle challenges as they arise, ensuring events stay on track and on brand.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in event production, build management, or set construction.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work in logistics and large-scale event builds.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams in high-pressure environments.
- In-depth knowledge of DIY tools, materials, and techniques for building and dismantling event structures.
