Part of a UK wide group of IT and Telecoms businesses, Dyfed Telecom are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to promote and sell our range of communication products, including 4G broadband, fibre-optic internet, digital phone lines, and mobile phones. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met with tailored solutions.

We have office based roles available in Kidwelly and opportunities for remote staff based in Pembrokeshire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively prospect and generate new business by identifying potential customers through various sales channels (in-person, phone, email, and social media).
  • Present, promote, and sell Dyfed Telecommunication Ltd.'s products and services, including 4G broadband, fibre internet, digital phone lines, and mobile phones, to potential customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending the most suitable communication products.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical details in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales and meet sales targets.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
