The Role: As a Carpenter/Bench Joiner, you will be responsible for producing custom joinery items including doors, windows, staircases, cabinetry, and furniture. You'll work from technical drawings and collaborate with our design and installation teams to ensure every piece meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture bespoke joinery items from hardwoods, softwoods, and sheet materials
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists
  • Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace
  • Ensure quality control throughout the production process

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bench joiner or carpenter in a workshop environment
  • Strong knowledge of joinery techniques and woodworking machinery
