Responsibilities
- You will be conducting and organising:
- Applicant installer companies
- Sampled Site Inspections
- Competency assessments of supervisors, technicians and operatives employed by FIRAS certified companies
- Document, Report and outcome of findings from client visits
- Ensuring all clients and enquirers receive sound technical advice in regards to scheme Rules and Regulations
Skills / Qualifications
- Experience at a technical level in passive fire protection either with a contractor, product manufacturer or testing and approval body
- Ability to work in a customer-facing role
- Previous exposure to any of the following; structural steel boarding, fire rated ducting, glazing, partition systems, penetration, roller shutter doors, cementitious spray, fire doors, cavity barriers, intumescent paint
- Knowledge of MS Office Products (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook) and mobile / laptop devices
- Good general education
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- On-site inspection experience
- Be able to prioritise, organise and coordinate your workload
This is a work from home contract ideally based in London / South East surrounding areas. Clean driving license and full UK passport.
