Your Duties:
- Manage a team of approximately 10 Sales Operations Employees across Europe including Switzerland, the UK, Germany, and the Netherlands.
- Drive projects involving multiple departments and stakeholders such as operations, sales, finance, and IT.
- Prepare and present customer executive reports, summaries, spreadsheets, charts, and data analysis.
- Build management reporting on inventory levels, order management, and delivery analytics.
- Drive monthly forecasting for orders, revenue, and inventory development.
- Manage company inventories, including onsite consignment and standard products for quick sale.
- Maintain and execute inventory processes, resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Ensure accurate inventory levels and KPIs, maintaining supply continuity.
- Lead customer service team ensuring accurate order management and positive customer experience.
- Handle major delivery and order management escalations, collaborating with global teams.
- Coordinate capacity planning and resource availability with manufacturing and business units.
- Lead operations and logistics projects domestically and internationally.
Your Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Experience in operations, order, and inventory management with team leadership.
- Background in sales and distribution with a focus on inventory controls.
- Experience in business process engineering and continuous improvement.
- Hands-on problem-solving approach.
