Overview
Key duties (including, but not limited to):
- Pricing and structuring reinsurance protections for clients along with communicating the results to both internal and external stakeholders.
- This will often involve investigating alternative solutions with teams.
- Understanding how these reinsurance solutions can benefit clients both through modelled quantification and in non-quantifiable ways.
- Helping junior colleagues develop actuarial and wider skillsets to support clients. This could be through direct reports or in a broader role across the team.
- Building out capabilities to better support colleagues through enhanced data insight or other means. This could be through improved efficiency or new offerings.
Qualifications required:
- Ideally a qualified actuary (FIA or similar) but not essential.
Experience required:

- Capability to manage multiple workstreams/projects at the same time without sacrificing results.
