Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Cash Flow & Profitability: Monitor cash flow and ensure profitability targets are met.
  • Financial Strategy: Develop financial plans to support business growth.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare and manage budgets aligned with company objectives.

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee transactions and ensure timely payments.
  • Tax & Compliance: Ensure VAT, PAYE, and corporate tax compliance.

  • Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACA/ACCA/CIMA preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Sage 200 platform experience – Essential. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Accounting knowledge, deep understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Problem solving skills, ability to identify and solve financial problems.
  • Soft Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, and excellent communication.
