The Role Install broadband and TV services Resolve broadband faults Optimize speed in our customer\’s premises on behalf of our clients, including TalkTalk and BT Providing installation Repair and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony, and TV services Complete all work to the required quality standards as applied by Circet, in line with best practices and client requirements Educate customers on the services installed, ensuring all services operate to their satisfaction Work efficiently, maintaining a clean environment and excellent customer satisfaction Respond professionally and effectively to customer requests and inquiries Develop professional abilities through timely training completion Comply with company fleet policy Follow health and safety regulations as per H&S handbook and Toolbox Talks Operate tools safely Ensure compliance with environmental regulations Adhere to Circet UK Data Protection Policies and relevant legislation Why work in Circet?
