I am currently recruiting for a large developer in West Sussex to fill the position of Admin/Document Controller for one of their sites. You will report directly to a Director and will be responsible for:
- Minutes of PRM/Subcontractor meetings
- Document control for Contra charges/pre-start meeting minutes
- Biosite control and input
- Induction presentations
- SAP reports and weekly issue reports
- Site folder/RAMS trackers
- PDF Foxit site sequence plans and occupation strategy
- Timesheets
- Daily labour returns
- Goods received notes
- Ordering consumables and office supplies
