Location: West Sussex (Bexhill)

Full Time, permanent, and fully site-based (5 days a week)

Experience with Fieldview, Coins, Sage, site construction, and health & safety is required.

I am currently recruiting for a large developer in West Sussex to fill the position of Admin/Document Controller for one of their sites. You will report directly to a Director and will be responsible for:

  • Minutes of PRM/Subcontractor meetings
  • Document control for Contra charges/pre-start meeting minutes
  • Biosite control and input
  • Induction presentations
  • SAP reports and weekly issue reports
  • Site folder/RAMS trackers
  • PDF Foxit site sequence plans and occupation strategy
  • Timesheets
  • Daily labour returns
  • Goods received notes
  • Ordering consumables and office supplies
