Sellick Partnership Ltd is currently recruiting for a Repairs Supervisor to join one of our Tamworth clients on a full-time permanent basis.
Daily duties of the Repairs Supervisor:
- Be responsible for delivering an efficient and effective service
- Carry out site supervision of work in progress
- Liaise with all trade operatives, subcontractors and customers for the effective delivery of works
- Responsible for the planned void works
- Assist the planning of the overall labour and resource needed to deliver the work streams
- Inspect properties when necessary
Essential requirements of the Repairs Supervisor:
- Previously worked within social housing
- Hold a Full UK Driver's License
