Your Impact We are seeking a dynamic Technical Consultant to join our growing Professional Services team. Professional Services provides market-leading solutions to help organizations across EMEA understand, protect and manage their data. Our team delivers a diverse set of solutions from our broad portfolio of products. What You Need To Succeed Experience in a technical consultant or IT operations role Knowledge of automation runbook tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef or similar platforms. Creating a workflow design demonstrating process mapping, problem solving and decision modelling. Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, Groovy and Bash. Experience of orchestration languages such as YAML. Familiarity with REST APIs, web services, and integrating automation with third-party tools. Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools. Desirable Qualifications: ITIL V3/4 foundation The successful candidate will be required to hold and maintain a high-level Security Clearance as a condition of employment. This is a hybrid role, and the successful candidate will be required to work from either Gloucester or London on a regular basis (4 days per week).
