We are seeking a dynamic Technical Consultant to join our growing Professional Services team. Professional Services provides market-leading solutions to help organizations across EMEA understand, protect and manage their data. Our team delivers a diverse set of solutions from our broad portfolio of products.

What You Need To Succeed
- Experience in a technical consultant or IT operations role.
- Knowledge of automation runbook tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef or similar platforms.
- Creating a workflow design demonstrating process mapping, problem solving and decision modelling.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, Groovy and Bash.
- Experience of orchestration languages such as YAML.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, web services, and integrating automation with third-party tools.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools.
Desirable Qualifications: ITIL V3/4 foundation. The successful candidate will be required to hold and maintain a high-level Security Clearance as a condition of employment.
This is a hybrid role, and the successful candidate will be required to work from either Gloucester or London on a regular basis (4 days per week).
