En tant qu'assistant administratif polyvalent H/F, vous serez un pilier de l'organisation quotidienne et participerez activement à la gestion des processus administratifs et RH. Vous interviendrez sur des tâches variées telles que :
- Gestion des infrastructures et des fournisseurs : Assurer le suivi des prestataires (entretien, maintenance, sécurité) et coordonner leurs interventions ; Réception et contrôle des factures liées aux services généraux ; Gérer les stocks de fournitures, de matériel, et passer les commandes nécessaires ; Veiller à la bonne gestion des véhicules de société.
- Support à la gestion du personnel permanent : Assurer la gestion des contrats de travail, des avenants et des formalités administratives liées à l'embauche ; Suivi de l'intégration des nouveaux entrants ; Suivi des absences, congés, et plannings des collaborateurs permanents ; Participation à la préparation de la paie en lien avec le service paie ; Contrôle des notes de frais et suivi des dépenses ; Assurer le support des équipes internes (badge d'accès, équipement, organisation d'événements internes) ; Participer à la construction et/ou la mise à jour de l'affichage obligatoire.
- Support à l'activité quotidienne : Accueil téléphonique et gestion des courriers ; Contribution au recrutement (tri des CV, organisation des entretiens, gestion des candidatures) ; Contribution à la gestion du personnel mise à disposition (visite médicale, prévoyance, mutuelle, contrat de travail) ; Mise à jour des tableaux de bord (reporting).
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un Bac +2 à Bac +3 dans le domaine de la gestion administrative ou des ressources humaines (BTS Support à l'Action Managériale, DUT GEA, Licence RH ou équivalent). Vous avez une première expérience réussie en tant qu'assistant(e) administratif(ve) ou RH. Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques et êtes à l'aise avec les systèmes d'information RH. Vous avez un excellent sens de l'organisation, savez gérer vos priorités et faire preuve de discrétion. Vous possédez de bonnes qualités relationnelles, aimez le travail en équipe, et êtes force de proposition.
