Support the delivery of effective policing systems. Technology is ever evolving, and we are too. To ensure we’re at the forefront of emerging technologies and innovations, we are expanding our IT team. As an IT Business Analyst, you will support the implementation of operational change management activities using your effective communication skills to provide advice and guidance. You will prioritise requirements and question stakeholders constructively.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify and analyse problems during investigation of complex business situations.
  • Monitor effectiveness of activities being implemented and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Simulate potential software for stakeholder approval and construct systems.
