We are currently recruiting for a freelance Building Surveyor to support a major PFI schools handback programme in the Stoke area. This is a varied and flexible role, offering the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of technical and project-related work across multiple school sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and oversee condition surveys across the estate, ensuring compliance with handback requirements
- Manage and interpret survey data, working closely with the client team to validate findings and develop strategic advice
- Assist in the management of refurbishment and PFI-related projects, including fire safety works and other lifecycle-driven schemes
- Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to help ensure smooth project delivery
