Core Responsibilities

  • Bring your passion for Membership & Personalisation to build direct and long-lasting relationships with consumers and shoppers and help us inspire more builders of tomorrow!
  • Collaborate with the Mechanics Team and Reporting Manager to streamline logistics and inventory management for member benefits and rewards.
  • Ensure smooth technical implementation and delivery of member benefits and rewards.
  • Manage operational projects for Membership Enablement, coordinating with selected vendors to achieve key performance indicators.
  • Provide operational support to create a seamless membership registration experience across multiple channels.
  • Offer operational assistance to LEGO Branded Channel retailers in collaboration with the Membership Activation Team.
  • Support initiatives to enhance membership satisfaction and ongoing improvement projects, focusing on maintaining high satisfaction levels, including monitoring the Net Promoter Score (NPS).

This role supports the daily operations of the Membership Program, ensuring smooth processes, seamless access to benefits and rewards, and improved member experiences.

We Are Looking For a Candidate Who Has

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Consistent record in delivering operational requirements that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Excels at communicating with stakeholders (written & oral); able to convey simple recommendations based on solid foundation.
  • Experience working in a global multi-cultural manufacturing company with a complex channel mix (D2C and B2B).
