The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior People Partner to join our dynamic People team. This is a strategic role where you’ll partner with Operational executives and senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that drive business transformation, employee engagement, and sustainable growth.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning people plans with business goals.
- Lead on key People initiatives across reward, L&D, diversity, talent, and more.
- Use people analytics to inform decisions and anticipate workforce needs and efficiencies.
- Drive change through organisational design and development.
- Lead cross-functional people projects from concept to delivery.
- Coach and develop People Managers (Operations) and contribute to service excellence.
What You’ll Bring
- CIPD Chartered Member (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in senior-level HR partnering and project delivery.
- Previous experience partnering with operational teams comprising both technical and non-technical remote field workers, providing tailored people solutions that support engagement, performance, and operational effectiveness across dispersed workforces.
- Demonstrated experience with TUPE and mergers & acquisitions, ideally gained in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- A passion for building inclusive, high-performing cultures.
