The key purpose of this role is to provide Healthcare support services to a portfolio of clients and assist with the coordination of client work in an accurate and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and deliver services to allocated clients, including administration of renewals and general requirements.
  • Assist Consultants with scheme renewals and market reviews following internal processes.
  • Build effective relationships with clients and providers through knowledge of their schemes and regular communication.
  • Support ongoing client services and project-based work proactively.
  • Assist advisers and the client-facing team with meeting and report preparation, obtaining quotes, and administering new business per compliance standards.
  • Manage workflow within internal service level agreements and processes.
  • Address client queries, resolving or escalating as necessary.
  • Ensure high-quality, accurate work output.
  • Manage claims where appropriate.
  • Maintain client records accurately in internal systems and databases, complying with requirements.
  • Assist in preparing employer/employee communication materials, including PowerPoint and Prezi presentations and booklets.
  • Develop knowledge of employee benefits products and market through training and qualifications.
  • Mentor and train less experienced colleagues.
  • Conduct quality checks on colleagues’ work for accuracy.
  • Support team leader with training and mentoring team members.

Experience:

  • Group Risk (GR1), IF7, or relevant qualifications.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Employee Benefits industry.
  • Experience as a senior Group Risk, Healthcare, or Pension Administrator.
  • Excellent technical knowledge.
  • Experience with schemes and projects such as renewals and market reviews.
  • Mentoring and training experience.
  • Strong questioning, listening, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong administrative skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Accurate and high-quality work production.
  • Commitment to learning and development.
