Team Lead Role Location: North Lisburn (specific address withheld) Salary: £14.89/hour Hours: Days: 37.5 hours/week Nights: 24 hours/week Are you a compassionate and driven professional ready to lead and inspire in a specialist care environment? Our client, a leading Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) service, seeks a dedicated Team Leader to join their team. This registered domiciliary care agency supports individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in two tailored dwellings. What You’ll Do Leadership: Oversee daily operations, mentor support staff, and ensure exceptional care delivery. Person-Centred Support: Develop and implement personalised care plans and risk assessments. Collaboration: Engage with families, professionals, and community resources to enhance service user wellbeing. Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards in record-keeping, resource management, and compliance with regulations. Direct Support: Provide hands-on care, fostering independence and promoting a fulfilling lifestyle for service users. What We Offer Annual Leave: 6.4 weeks (inclusive of public holidays).
