This registered domiciliary care agency supports individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in two tailored dwellings. What You’ll Do Leadership: Oversee daily operations, mentor support staff, and ensure exceptional care delivery. Person-Centred Support: Develop and implement personalised care plans and risk assessments. Collaboration: Engage with families, professionals, and community resources to enhance service user wellbeing. Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards in record-keeping, resource management, and compliance with regulations.
