Maintenance Supervisor

The Mechanical Supervisor is a key role within the Maintenance team, supporting the safe operation of assets, plant productivity, and reliability. As the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, you will: Report directly to the Maintenance Manager and oversee Mechanical Maintenance Technicians and Mechanical Shift Maintenance Technicians. The responsibilities include: Overseeing all mechanical maintenance tasks to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency. Driving and maintaining site safety standards, ensuring adherence to industry regulations, and supporting a top-tier COMAH Site operation. Collaborating with operations to meet quality standards related to ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, and cGMP, including cross-contamination prevention. Taking full responsibility for Mechanical Maintenance activities, ensuring timely and safe completion of tasks. Working closely with Planning & Scheduling teams and Site Engineers to improve plant reliability. Main duties include maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards, managing the Mechanical Maintenance team, allocating work, reviewing work packs, and ensuring documentation and work order closure in the CMMS system. Additional responsibilities: Managing team timekeeping, holidays, disciplinary matters, and deputies for the Maintenance Manager. Collaborating with the Maintenance Planner to develop job packs, RAMS, and schedules. Contributing to root cause analyses and continuous improvement activities. Ensuring safety, quality, and environmental requirements are met during maintenance tasks. Supervising external OEM contractors and liaising with them for inspections and future maintenance planning. #J-18808-Ljbffr
