About the Role: The Team: This is a sales position within S&P Global Market Intelligence Enterprise Solutions Division. This position will be managing the EMEA SDR team reporting into the Head of Inside Sales for Enterprise Solutions. Our comprehensive services bring greater transparency to financial markets, helping to reduce risk and create opportunity. We provide extensive risk and compliance management coverage, including support for Global regulations and Software Solutions.
Responsibilities and Impact:
- Set and drive the sales strategy to grow revenue across the existing client portfolio.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and managing the intern process to build a strong, high-performing team.
- Identify and execute on price increases, upsell opportunities, and targeted campaigns to increase sales.
- Partner with Enterprise Solutions leadership to design and execute campaigns that generate qualified pipeline.
- Oversee the Enterprise Solutions renewal book, define the strategy for each renewal, and track performance.
- Guide and coach the team on prospecting, cold calling, and closing tactics.
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to identify new initiatives and long-term growth opportunities within the client base.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience
- Knowledge and experience of capital markets, Regulatory solutions or the Lending space
- Ability to manage early career hires and present in senior level meetings
