Join Treveth’s Perran Housing as a Non-Executive Director. Treveth’s Perran Housing is seeking two exceptional Non-Executive Directors to join its Project Committee during a pivotal development phase. We are committed to delivering high-quality, affordable homes across Cornwall and are enhancing our governance to ensure transparency, accountability, and responsiveness to our communities.
These roles provide an opportunity to influence Perran Housing’s strategic direction by supporting the executive team, providing independent oversight, and offering constructive challenge. Key responsibilities include monitoring performance, managing risk, ensuring financial integrity, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Knowledge of complaint handling and consumer regulation will be valuable in helping us meet expectations and build trust with residents and stakeholders.
Candidates should possess senior-level experience, preferably in housing, public-private partnerships, regulation, or similar complex environments. An understanding of the South West region's specific challenges and opportunities is important. Strong skills in governance, performance management, and financial oversight are essential, along with the ability to contribute to strategic discussions and collaborate effectively within joint venture arrangements.
