Head of Digital Delivery

AVK are seeking a Head of Digital Delivery to help bring clarity, consistency, and confidence to the operational systems that sit behind our projects delivery engine.

Over the past four years, AVK has scaled rapidly — expanding our platform usage across Salesforce, NetSuite, Proscope, and Job Logic, while simultaneously growing our team and delivery capacity. But growth brings complexity, and we’re now looking for a seasoned operations lead to help bring it all into focus.

This role will sit within the business operations team, reporting to the VP of Business Operations, with a strong partnership to our FP&A Manager and close collaboration with our Enablement Manager to ensure knowledge is embedded across teams. You'll also work with our Head of Data to create dashboards and visibility into our project and commercial performance.

You’ll play a lead role in stabilising and scaling our commercial operations — particularly through Netsuite — working with cross-functional teams to optimise how we estimate, procure, track, and report on project activity across the business.

Project Systems & Process Governance (50%)

• Oversee and align data, process, and systems governance across project-facing teams including Commercial, Engineering, Projects, Commissioning, and Business Services
• Own the digital commercial and delivery processes within Netsuite and Proscope
• Support the estimation team in building estimation models, ensuring seamless handovers to project delivery teams
• Optimise how we structure supply chain data and integrate the Business Services team into AVK’s broader financial and operational workflows

Cross-functional Alignment & Enablement (30%)

• Work hand-in-hand with the FP&A and Enablement teams to align operational workflows with financial reporting needs
• Support and empower the commercial team to become Netsuite superusers, developing enablement materials and supporting structured rollout
• Help shape the future of how project data is captured, enabling better decision-making, visibility, and forward-planning

Insights & Impact (20%)

• Collaborate with the Head of Data to develop dashboards that surface key metrics across the commercial lifecycle
• Drive usage and understanding of operational insights within project teams, acting as a bridge between system data and leadership decision-making

Technical & Professional Requirements

• Proven experience with NetSuite (bonus points for experience with Proscope), or comparable systems within a project- or product-based business
• Background in financial and commercial operations, particularly within construction, manufacturing, or project delivery sectors
• Strong pragmatic thinking — able to balance ideal processes with practical implementation
• A growth mindset and collaborative approach to embedding change across teams
