We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Business Manager to join our team and contribute to the school’s development for the benefit of both the children and the wider community.
This role is crucial to our operations, with key responsibilities including finance, management and leadership of administrative functions, human resources, premises, health and safety, and IT systems. In this diverse and rewarding position, you will lead a small team and be part of the senior leadership team, making strategic decisions that impact the entire school. We seek candidates who demonstrate qualities of a high-performing team player.
To be successful, you will need exceptional organisational and communication skills, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage priorities effectively. We are looking for a candidate who can make a meaningful contribution to our school's continued success.
You should have:
- Experience with financial and budget management in an educational setting
- Proven experience in a school administrative or business management role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of data protection and an understanding of maintaining confidential information
- Experience using analytical skills to interpret information and solve problems within established policies and procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
