A fantastic opportunity for an organised and diligent Senior Property Manager to join a leading independent property management agent within their office in Malvern. My clients have an extensive portfolio across the county and are now looking for a hard-working and experienced Senior Property Manager to join the team and lead from the front.

Benefits:

  • £28,000 basic salary DOE plus incentives
  • Monday - Friday position
  • Parking on site

Duties:

  • Oversee a small team of Property Managers and day-to-day running
  • Oversee a small portfolio, working closely with Landlords and tenants
  • Coordinate maintenance and liaise with contractors, Landlords and tenants
  • Ensure compliance across the portfolio and keep up-to-date with upcoming legislation changes
  • Compile reports and engage with wider management team on business direction
  • Implement new ideas and strategies as needed

Experience Needed:

  • Previous property management experience is essential - a minimum of 18 months ARLA qualification or similar
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
  • Clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
