My clients have an extensive portfolio across the county and are now looking for a hard-working and experienced Senior Property Manager to join the team and lead from the front.
Benefits:
- £28,000 basic salary DOE plus incentives

Duties:
- Oversee a small team of Property Managers and day-to-day running
- Oversee a small portfolio, working closely with Landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance and liaise with contractors, Landlords and tenants
- Ensure compliance across the portfolio and keep up-to-date with upcoming legislation changes
- Compile reports and engage with wider management team on business direction
- Implement new ideas and strategies as needed
Experience Needed:
- Previous property management experience is essential - a minimum of 18 months ARLA qualification or similar
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
- Clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
