Residential Property Solicitor – 3-8 PQE

Reading, Berkshire

£60,000-£80,000

A highly respected and boutique legal 200 firm (by revenue) is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Associate or Senior Associate to join their top tier Legal 500 team, based in Reading. The team works at the highest level and acting for a wide variety of HNW and UHNW clients across London, Reading, and the Thames Valley area.

This firm prides itself on its great work/life balance, offering 3 days a week from home (2 days in-office), friendly environment, and excellent progression. Property is one of this firm's key development areas for 2025-2026, so this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Solicitor capable of managing their own caseload, to join a well-developed team of a dozen other residential property professionals, and propel their career upwards!

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of residential property matters, including complex and HNW transactions,
• Assisting senior legal professionals and Partners with larger matters,
• Guiding junior solicitors and supporting their growth within the team with some supervisory duties,
• Working on the development of the team and larger firm including on BD and marketing projects,
• Developing contacts with a personal client base and building long-lasting relationships,

Desired Skills and Experience:

• UK qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Level 6 CILEX executive with 3-8 years PQE (other levels to will be considered),
• Demonstrated track record of high-quality residentially property law experience ideally within a nationally or internationally recognised firm,
• Technically strong in advising clients in a variety of relevant matters,
• A team player with strong communication skills,
• Self-motivated with the ability to achieve minimum time targets and billing requirements.
