We are currently offering a new and exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager, with demonstrable knowledge in Operational Technology and its deployment within highly regulated industrial sectors. Here’s what the role will look like:
- Effectively manage complex OT projects, drive operational efficiency, and deliver successful outcomes.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of project teams.
- Ensure project teams stay on task and on schedule.
- Act as the primary point of contact between project teams and clients.
- Monitor project progress and report on project status to upper management.
- Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Streamline governance and efficient risk mitigation processes.
- Threat analysis / threat modelling and vulnerabilities management.
The OT Project Manager will bring a combination of technical knowledge, project management expertise, industry-specific experience, and strong leadership skills.
Foundational Knowledge: Strong understanding of OT systems, including SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), DCS (Distributed Control Systems), PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), and other industrial control systems.
Systems Integration: Proven experience in integrating OT solutions with IT systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
Cybersecurity: Familiarity with OT cybersecurity standards and practices, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies to protect industrial networks.
Project Planning: Demonstrated experience in developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget management.
Stakeholder Engagement: Proven track record of effectively communicating with and managing stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Risk Management: Ability to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Quality Assurance: Experience in implementing quality control measures to ensure project outcomes meet or exceed industry standards.
Sector Knowledge: Experience in industries such as manufacturing, energy, utilities, or transportation, where OT is pivotal to operations.
Risk Mapping: Enhanced compliance management, ability to map to industry frameworks such as NIST 800-53, ISO27,0001, NCSC NIS CAF, COBIT, etc., Control implementation, monitoring, testing, attestation per frameworks.
Experience in OT Delivery/Identity and Access Management/Networks Projects (Logging and Monitoring) is preferable.
