The role involves providing specialized Commercial Air Conditioning services to an existing client portfolio within London & South East. You will be part of their mobile maintenance team, covering various contracts across the London & South East regions. Responsibilities include all commercial air conditioning maintenance and general building services. Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm. Package Basic Salary of up to £45,000 Call Out of 1 in 4 Monday to Friday, 08:00 am – 17:00 pm 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays Company Van & Fuel Card Tablet & Work Phone Provided Full company uniform Opportunity to progress to REFCOM Supervisor Requirements NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (Minimum) Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential) 17th Edition (Desired but not essential) Good air conditioning maintenance knowledge Experience working in commercial environments Building services knowledge; electrical qualifications are a plus but not essential Full Driving Licence Responsibilities PPM & Reactive maintenance Service/maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration systems Focus on split systems, VRV\’s, VAV\’s, VRF\’s, AHU\’s, FCU\’s, Chillers, and HVAC/refrigeration plant Electrical knowledge is beneficial Extensive building services knowledge Please send your CV to Charlie Long at Cbw Staffing Solutions for more information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
