Exciting opportunity to join a growing maintenance provider expanding due to a new contract. The role involves providing specialized Commercial Air Conditioning services to an existing client portfolio within London & South East. You will be part of their mobile maintenance team, covering various contracts across the London & South East regions.
Responsibilities include:
- All commercial air conditioning maintenance and general building services.
- PPM & Reactive maintenance.
- Service/maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Focus on split systems, VRV's, VAV's, VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers, and HVAC/refrigeration plant.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
Package:
- Basic Salary of up to £45,000.
- Call Out of 1 in 4.
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
- Company Van & Fuel Card.
- Tablet & Work Phone Provided.
- Full company uniform.
- Opportunity to progress to REFCOM Supervisor.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (Minimum).
- Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential).
- 17th Edition (Desired but not essential).
- Good air conditioning maintenance knowledge.
- Experience working in commercial environments.
- Building services knowledge; electrical qualifications are a plus but not essential.
- Full Driving Licence.
