Exciting opportunity to join a growing maintenance provider expanding due to a new contract. The role involves providing specialized Commercial Air Conditioning services to an existing client portfolio within London & South East. You will be part of their mobile maintenance team, covering various contracts across the London & South East regions.

Responsibilities include:

  • All commercial air conditioning maintenance and general building services.
  • PPM & Reactive maintenance.
  • Service/maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
  • Focus on split systems, VRV's, VAV's, VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers, and HVAC/refrigeration plant.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

Package:

  • Basic Salary of up to £45,000.
  • Call Out of 1 in 4.
  • 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
  • Company Van & Fuel Card.
  • Tablet & Work Phone Provided.
  • Full company uniform.
  • Opportunity to progress to REFCOM Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (Minimum).
  • Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential).
  • 17th Edition (Desired but not essential).
  • Good air conditioning maintenance knowledge.
  • Experience working in commercial environments.
  • Building services knowledge; electrical qualifications are a plus but not essential.
  • Full Driving Licence.
