Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can blend organizational skills with marketing and brand building? Plexus Corp. seeks a dynamic Customer Experience Assistant for a hybrid role combining receptionist/administrative duties with enhancing our customer visits and site brand experience. What You\’ll Do Be the face of Plexus! Champion our brand by ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Orchestrate seamless customer visits from start to finish, including menu planning, room setup, vendor coordination, logistics, and travel arrangements. Maximize our meeting spaces by managing reservations, resolving conflicts, and collaborating with teams to optimize usage. Handle day-of visit execution, coordinating with teams and vendors, tackling last-minute needs, and ensuring smooth operations. Build strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and customers through clear communication and collaboration. What You\’ll Bring Bachelor\’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proofreading being a plus. A genuine passion for customer service. Ability to provide direction and influence across teams. Superb multitasking and prioritization skills. Top-notch organizational abilities. Experience with travel arrangements is advantageous. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
