The Role We Are Offering Join our Pelesys Sales Team and be part of CAE\’s growing Aviation Digital Solutions team as a Sales Manager, bringing innovative solutions to airlines and operators worldwide. Responsibilities Meet and strive to exceed sales quotas through direct sales of Pelesys software products and services. Manage and grow your assigned territory effectively. Develop and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships. Collaborate with internal sales teams to target potential accounts. Manage sales pipeline accurately and execute sales plans. Engage prospective customers with technical product info and demos. Attend conferences and organize regional sales events to promote products and generate leads. Maintain current knowledge of CAE Pelesys products, services, and competitors. Establish and follow sales policies, pricing, and best practices. Become proficient in Training Management System services. Uphold high standards of integrity and respect for colleagues and clients. Ideal Candidate Completed College Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Minimum 5 years of software sales experience, preferably in the airline industry. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities of varying complexity. Excellent communication skills. Experience in a global multinational company is a plus. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently. Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
