This role covers the East of England, including Midlands regions, with candidates ideally residing in Nottinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, or Peterborough. You will act as the primary interface between customers and our third-party partners, building long-term, collaborative relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting the full LBS product and services portfolio through customer visits and relationship building.
- Developing account-based sales plans and strategies to grow sales and meet revenue targets.
- Utilizing tools like DBS and SFDC in daily work.
- Providing accurate forecasts for orders and sales.
- Monitoring market share, competitor activities, and market trends.
Requirements:
- Relevant sales or account management experience in a clinical or life sciences environment.
- Preferably experience in histology or cellular pathology, especially with NHS and research accounts.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to driving growth.
- Full driving license with ability to travel up to 60%.
