As an Associate Director , you will create and maintain market-leading levels of net fee income by establishing a credible reputation at senior levels within our clients. You will develop and execute exclusive, senior mandates while building trusted relationships with the very best talent in the real estate industry. Responsibilities Produce exceptional and consistent net fee income. Develop a renowned reputation within your market. Create compelling pitches and win exclusive instructions. Take detailed briefs and consult on client requirements. Build a network of relevant contacts and form influential, lasting commercial relationships. Identify and nurture pools of the best talent in the industry. Comprehensively assess candidates and write thorough reports to present to clients. Manage processes and negotiations to successful conclusions by effectively influencing both sides. Maintain high fill rates. Provide practical, informed advice which matches the right people to the best opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor\’s degree in a relevant field. 5+ years of experience in recruitment or a related sales discipline with a track record of success. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a high-paced environment and experience winning business at c-level. What We Offer Outstanding earning potential.
