We are now working with a small but very successful financial services/ capital markets advisory firm in London. The firm operates globally, with team members based in Europe and the Middle East. The fund raises finance for their clients.
They are looking for an experienced Team Assistant to support the growing London marketing operations. The role will sit within their new London office.
The Team Assistant will support the Partners and the London sales team to arrange meetings and roadshows, co-ordinate information flow and back up the busy transaction teams.
The Team Assistant will be a highly organised person, motivated to work with different nationalities and be part of a growing market. Experience of working in financial services or banking would be ideal. It would also be great if you have experience of organising roadshow or investor days.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a banking or financial services company. You will have experience of organising meetings, flights, roadshows and presentations. It would be brilliant if you also have marketing/ investor relations experience.
