The Role
We’re looking for an analytical and motivated Data Analyst Intern to join our team for a 4-month internship programme. You’ll work closely with our data, operations, and marketing teams to turn data into insights that drive smarter business decisions and support company growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Master’s student in Data Science or a related field who’s looking to gain real-world experience with tools like Salesforce, Tableau, and Power BI while learning how data fuels growth in a fast-paced commercial environment.
You Will:
- Assist with data extraction, cleaning, and preparation from Salesforce and other business systems
- Build dashboards and visual reports using Tableau and Power BI
- Analyse performance metrics across departments and identify business trends
- Support the development of KPIs and help monitor key business drivers
- Work on cross-functional projects to improve data accessibility and reporting
- Help automate regular reports and processes to drive efficiency
- Present insights to stakeholders in a clear and impactful way
- Participate in team meetings and contribute data-driven suggestions for operational improvements
About You
We’re looking for someone curious, detail-oriented, and eager to apply their academic learning to real business problems. You should be excited about using data to make a tangible impact and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Essential:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong interest in using data to support business growth and decision-making
- Basic understanding of data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce (or a strong willingness to learn)
- Proficient in Excel and/or SQL
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills – able to explain data insights to non-technical teams
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with large datasets
- Knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation
- Prior experience with Salesforce reporting or dashboards
- Exposure to A/B testing or business experimentation
- A portfolio of academic or personal data projects
