We’re supporting an internationally renowned professional health brand—passionate about elevating confidence through best-in-class products, education, and technology. They’re seeking an ambitious Ecommerce Product & CRO Manager to own the digital customer experience across their Shopify+ websites.
The Role
- Lead the technical product roadmap and Conversion Rate Optimization strategy, working with external developers and platforms like Intellimize
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve UX, funnel performance, and conversion rates
- Manage and enhance the ecommerce tech stack for scale and efficiency
- Analyse ecommerce, traffic, and customer data to uncover growth opportunities and deliver actionable strategies
- Ensure sites are SEO-optimized, mobile-responsive, and high-performing
- Collaborate with CRM, trade, social, and marketing teams to integrate ecommerce innovation into broader campaigns
- Introduce and manage AI/LLM tools to improve UX, automation, and reduce third-party reliance
- Monitor and report on key metrics: conversion rate, site speed, bounce rate, average order value, and operational efficiency
Who We’re Looking For
- Hands-on Shopify+ experience and solid DTC e-commerce knowledge
- Strong analytical capability—comfortable deriving insight from data
- Experience managing A/B and multivariate testing frameworks
- SEO fluency and UX/UI best practice knowledge
- Basic coding skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) or a technical curiosity
- A proactive, agile, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- High attention to detail and composure in a fast-paced environment
