Saint Stephen’s, Saint Peter’s and Saint Cedd’s churches in Prittlewell and Westcliff have come together under the banner of ‘Lifestreams’. Led by a Priest-in-Charge, we are three churches brought together as a vibrant, emerging church with people growing in their faith, creativity and confidence. Alongside other members of staff and volunteers, the Operations Manager role is one that will enable the developing vision to succeed; they will support the PCC's and clergy in their tasks.
Responsibilities:
- General running of the operational and administrative activities of the Lifestreams Churches, to release the clergy and church leaders to perform their primary calling.
- The role holder will establish and manage systems and processes to effectively run the Lifestreams Churches, developing and implementing strategy in order to fulfil the aims and visions of the congregations.
