We are seeking a part-time administrator to work Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day (i.e., 10am to 2pm).
Responsibilities:
- Update and review stock system
- Conduct stock takes of engineering critical spares
- Order spare parts and manage stock levels
- Raise purchase orders and send orders to relevant suppliers
- Manage spreadsheets related to inventory and operations
- Oversee sign-in and sign-out of contractors
- Verify contractors' permits and insurance documentation
- Manage the calendar for the PPM system and inform engineers of upcoming due dates
- Update the PPM system and schedule as necessary
- Order parts for pickup from PPMs
