We are seeking a part-time administrator to work Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day (i.e., 10am to 2pm).

Responsibilities:

  • Update and review stock system
  • Conduct stock takes of engineering critical spares
  • Order spare parts and manage stock levels
  • Raise purchase orders and send orders to relevant suppliers
  • Manage spreadsheets related to inventory and operations
  • Oversee sign-in and sign-out of contractors
  • Verify contractors' permits and insurance documentation
  • Manage the calendar for the PPM system and inform engineers of upcoming due dates
  • Update the PPM system and schedule as necessary
  • Order parts for pickup from PPMs
