Exciting new role with a leading B2C / D2C Fintech Digital Marketplace, managing a team of dynamic commercial partnership managers and all key partner related revenue reporting to the C Suite.
What youβll be doing:
- Provide strong and structured leadership to the commercial team, including ongoing performance management, professional development and coaching.
- Oversee and manage all partner relationships including partners and key partners related to diversification of revenue.
- Optimise revenue performance through negotiation, collaboration and joint initiatives with key partners β build long term mutually viable relationships.
- The commercial team oversees and controls all elements of commercial operations including product listing; revenue estimation, tracking and attribution; partner reporting and reviews; and contract and due diligence processes.
- Communicate our strategy, approach to customers, focus and growth plans effectively to partners to drive engagement.
What weβre looking for:
- A proven track record with B2C / D2C managing Partnerships, Commercial, Revenue teams within a digital environment.
- Someone from a digital only brand, marketplace model, B2C Fintech, online B2C brand.
- Experience working with Affiliates and Performance Marketing a bonus.
- Analytical background.

- High level of comfort with data and statistical analysis.
- Degree in Maths, Finance, or Data.
