What you’ll be doing:
- Ensure operational risk events in SME Lending are accurately updated, thoroughly investigated, and that actions are promptly closed.
- Collaborate with SME Lending to implement the Conduct Risk framework requirements.
- Prepare monthly submissions for the Operational Risk Committee and Customer and Conduct Committee.
- Support SME Lending in completing conduct and assurance-related actions.
