Salary: Up to £35,000 plus benefits (depending on experience)
Location: Shoreham-by-Sea (Hybrid - 1 day a week in office)

What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a proactive and analytical QA Analyst who can design and implement effective testing strategies, work closely with developers and stakeholders, and ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the stability and performance of our systems, while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

What Will You Do? As our QA Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating test plans based on acceptance criteria from scope documents.
- Performing acceptance, regression, and smoke testing.
- Writing and integrating automated tests using Cypress.
- Collaborating with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
- Measuring and monitoring application performance.
- Maintaining process documentation and contributing to release notes.
- Supporting the UAT process and escalating issues as needed.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in a QA or similar role.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g. Cypress).
