The Resolution Planning Analyst is a key contributor to Citi’s Resolution Plan, detailing how Citi would be resolved in the event of its failure. This role requires an experienced professional in financial and operational analysis, expected to produce detailed analyses, written documentation, and management presentations for regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
  • Assess risk when business decisions are made, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Understand and interpret rule and regulatory requirements related to Recovery and Resolution.
  • Write comprehensive content based on regulatory requirements for Recovery and Resolution submissions.
  • Develop project plan objectives, establish realistic timelines, and identify appropriate SMEs for regulatory capabilities.
  • Prepare analyses, reports, presentations, and communications for senior management.
  • Perform monthly runbook processing and validation activities, aligning with the Central RRP team.
  • Retrieve and aggregate large data sets from Citi systems for detailed analyses using MS Excel and other tools.
  • Act as a program manager when needed, holding meetings and taking meaningful notes.
  • Manage activities associated with system enhancement projects, including writing business requirements and conducting data analysis.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with Third Party oversight, risk, and/or relationship management.
  • Knowledge of Citi business operations.
  • Ability to manage projects and maintain key relationships.
  • Familiarity with the emerging regulatory environment related to Third Party risk management.
  • Advanced project management, data analysis, and reporting ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree; Master’s degree preferred.
