Join to apply for the Onsite Recruitment Consultant role at Hockey Moves International. We are looking for a hands-on, people-focused Onsite Recruitment Coordinator to join one of our key contracts in Banbury.
Working hours: 05:30 - 15:30, Monday to Friday
Salary: £15.00 per hour
Duration: Starting mid-June / July for around 6 months
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting up to 120 temporary workers across two shifts in a busy warehouse setting
- Leading site tours and helping new starters settle in
- Acting as the first point of contact for temp queries, issues, and support
- Liaising with department heads to ensure staffing is on track and issues are quickly resolved
- Managing the onsite Time & Attendance system
- Working closely with our branch team and senior client contacts to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Keeping everything organized, supporting people, and maintaining clear communication
What We're Looking For:
- A confident, organized individual with a strong people focus
- Experience in recruitment or a similar fast-paced environment (warehouse/industrial background preferred)
- Someone who is early-bird ready; your day starts at 05:30!
- Calm under pressure, great at multitasking, and willing to get involved
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude; you'll be our eyes and ears on the ground
