Warehouse Lead (TGN5278) – Excellent Salary DOE

Location: Manchester Type: Permanent Industry: Sportswear Job Ref: TGN5278 We are seeking a full-time detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will manage a team across Customer-specific delivery requirements, goods-inwards inspections & QC, through to order fulfilment. Efficient & on time in full order fulfilment is a pivotal part of the role, whilst maintaining quality & high standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective workflow. Co-ordinate order fulfilment processes, ensuring timely order management through to delivery. Ensure all orders are processed in line with any Company values & Customer specific requirements where needed. Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance goals. Collaborate with wider business departments, including logistics and customer service, to streamline operations. Analyse performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures. Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities. Qualifications: Proven experience in warehouse supervision/management of a team, preferably in a wholesale business setting. Diligent and conscientious. Highly organised, efficient and able to multi-task. Strong understanding of systems and software. Knowledge of dealing with Customer specific order requirements, reprocessing, special order/delivery requirements. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, ability to think outside the box. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
